The staff were helpful and friendly during the busy rush of the holiday season.

Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast had many options and staff kept it stocked. Easy walk to Mall of America.

Convenient location. Good breakfast. Two different glitches with room and reservation which were both hassles although the personnel were very nice about helping resolve them. Clean but very basic. Bathroom sink counter was small.

The hotel in general is good. I started off waiting for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, after calling the front desk to let them know I was waiting. I was told 15-30 minutes. 1 hour later I paid $25 for an Uber. I thought it’s ok, things happen but at least they have COOKIES at the front desk :) no cookies “we take them away early because people take too many and they are expensive”. I am so disappointed. It didn’t ruin my stay but with many hotels to choose from in the same price range, I find that not having a reliable shuttle or the warm cookies ruined it for me. I would have stayed elsewhere (with a more comfortable bed). The hotel felt clean and the restaurants are attached and convenient. I would recommend this hotel, just not the shuttle or expectation of anything extra.

Chandler the shuttle driver was amazing. He informed us of restaurants and activities we should try in the mall. The front desk clerk was also amazing and held our bags after check out while we made a last minute run. I would definitely stay here again.
